Well maintained 2 bedroom flat in Ayr. I have been the tenant for 6 years now but haven't put much effort into making it homely. Due to personal circumstances, I'm moving to a different area. I will be honest, the area isn't all that great but I'm lucky enough to have a great block and also being very close to the underpass so it's pretty quiet. I would love to downsize to a 1 bedroom or just keep it the same and any area is considered and all types of housing whether it's a flat or house. The flat has gas central heating, DG, a new heating system was installed last year including radiators and boiler and a new kitchen is due to be installed next month.
